Remember that you can participate in the race by walking, jogging, or running 5 kilometers at your own pace! And if sports are not your thing, you can make a donation in the 0 KM category.

This virtual race, organized by the spanish Phelan-McDermid Syndrome Association, is an event that brings Phelan families from around the world together through sports and aims to create a supportive running community.
We encourage you to join the global RUN LIKE A HERO week by purchasing your race bib and to celebrate International Phelan-McDermid Day on October 22nd by sharing your participation in the race on social media.
Did you know that by participating with your race bib, you are supporting Phelan individuals in your own country? Yes, 50% of your registration fee or donation will be allocated to the organization in your country. This way, we help all Phelan associations worldwide raise funds for PMS research, support families, and engage the community in raising awareness and promoting knowledge about this rare disease.
